Your work and tasks at ESA

As an (experienced) butcher you and your colleagues are responsible for:

  • Managing a number of other butchers;
  • Ensuring the quality of our products;
  • Edging, splitting, skinning and portioning veal;
  • Adhering to hygiene regulations.
