First, you will gain practical experience through a six-month internal learning program under the supervision of one of our experienced employees. We will introduce you to various parts of our production.

Together we will look at where your interests lie and what you are skilled at.

Afterwards there is the possibility to obtain professional diplomas (SVO level 2/3/4) and to grow into an all-round production employee! Still not finished with personal development? Then we offer you the opportunity to grow into a management position!
