Vitalija Ripkauskaite

Lithuanian born and bred Vitalija Ripkauskaite moved to the Netherlands 10 years ago. After a period doing production work with mangoes and avocados, she has been working as a cutter and portioner at veal producer T. Boer & zn for four years. The Rotterdam resident is having a great time here.

Working in production

What exactly you will be doing as a production worker can vary greatly and depends on your knowledge and experience. Generally, it involves working with your hands in a production environment.

You will be shown your way around our company on your first day of work. You will attend induction and food safety training and be given work clothes. After a tour, the content of your work will be explained to you. If you have any questions during the day, you can always ask the colleague who is training you.

Once you have worked for us for a while, we will look at whether you can progress in your work. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and to develop within our company.

Darbas gamyboje

Konkretus darbas, atliekamas gamybos padalinyje, gali būtų labai įvairus, nes iš tiesų viskas priklauso nuo jūsų žinių ir patirties. Vis dėlto visus gamybinius darbus sieja tai, kad jie atliekami rankomis ir dirbama gamybai skirtose patalpose.

Pirmą darbo dieną jūs būsite supažindintas su mūsų įmone. Sudalyvausite įvadiniuose mokymuose, (maisto) saugos mokymuose ir gausite darbo drabužius. Po ekskursijos po įmonę bus paaiškinta, kaip atrodys jūsų darbas. Jeigu darbo metu turėtumėte klausimų, visada galite kreiptis į kolegą, kuris supažindino jus su įmone ir darbu joje.

Praėjus kuriam laikui mes įvertinsime, ar galite pereiti į kitą darbo mūsų įmonėje etapą. Mes galime sudaryti galimybes įgyti naujų įgūdžių ir kilti karjeros laiptais mūsų įmonėje.

Munca în producție

Ce anume veți face ca lucrător de producție poate varia foarte mult și depinde de cunoștințele și experiența dumneavoastră. În general, munca presupune lucrul cu mâinile într-o zonă de producție

În prima zi de lucru, veți face cunoștință cu compania noastră. Veți participa la un curs introductiv, la un curs de siguranță (alimentară) și veți primi îmbrăcăminte de lucru. După un tur, vi se va explica conținutul lucrării. Dacă aveți întrebări în timpul zilei de lucru, îl puteți întreba oricând pe colegul care vă va instrui.

După ce ați lucrat la noi o perioadă de timp, vom analiza dacă puteți face următorul pas în muncă. Există o mulțime de oportunități de a deprinde noi competențe și de a fi promovat(ă) în cadrul companiei noastre.

Praca w dziale produkcji

To, co dokładnie będziesz robić jako pracownik produkcji, może być bardzo różne i zależy od Twojej wiedzy i doświadczenia. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, zadania polegają na pracy ręcznej w obszarze produkcyjnym.

Pierwszego dnia pracy zostaniesz zapoznany z naszą firmą. Weźmiesz udział w szkoleniu wprowadzającym, szkoleniu z zakresu bezpieczeństwa (żywności) i otrzymasz odzież roboczą. Po oprowadzeniu objaśnimy Ci zakres Twoich obowiązków. W razie jakichkolwiek pytań w ciągu dnia pracy, zawsze możesz zadać je koledze, który Cię wdraża.

Kiedy będziesz pracować z nami już dłużej zobaczymy, czy mogą zostać rozszerzone Twoje zadania. Istnieje wiele możliwości zdobycia nowych umiejętności i rozwoju w naszej firmie.
